PSA Bulk Submission

Grade more cards at a discounted price with our psa bulk submission!

- Starting May 2025
- $35 per card, min. 15 cards

- PSA Value Tier only (non-autograph, maximum declared value 500USD)

- No pre-grading assessment and cleaning

- If general cleaning is requested, additional $5 per 15 cards will be charged

- TCG and non-sports cards (no sports) only

Grading Services

Procedure Overview

  • 1. Book an Appointment

    Kindly book an appointment with us to bring your cards for assessment. You may book an appointment through WhatsApp here.

  • 2. Assessment & Cleaning

    Once assessment and/or pre-grading preparation is completed and a grading service is selected, we will send your card(s) to the grading company for grading, typically at the end of each month.

  • 3. Invoice & Payment

    Once we have been notified by the grading company that your card(s) have been graded, we will send you an invoice for payment of the service via email. We will also notify you through WhatsApp.

  • 4. Collection

    Once you have made payment and your card(s) have returned to our store, we will inform you through WhatsApp for the collection of your card(s).

The Deep Cleaning Process

Cleaning

- We wipe down your cards with a microfiber cloth and substance-free card spray to remove surface oils, fingerprints, and other debris.

Polishing

- We buff your cards with polish to bring out the shine in them.

Refining

- We brush off the corners, edges, and crevices of your cards to give them that smooth finish.

Deep Cleaning Service: $28 per card

*We strongly advise that any card(s) that have undergone the deep cleaning process should NOT be sent for grading.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Payment for respective grading services and associated costs.

  • Any surcharges imposed by the grading company.

  • Charges for the return shipment. All cards, including those held aside, will be dispatched following the settlement of the aforementioned charges.

Key Notices

  • We must inform that our services are not designed to address the correction of creases, dimples, indentations, or the application of humidification process. If your card presents any such issues, we kindly ask that you do not send it for our review.

  • Should any card reviewed by our team be found altered in any way, including the use of wax, polish, or any other form of preparatory treatment, we will be obliged to return the entire submission.
