Sending of Cards for Grading
Grading Services
Procedure Overview

1. Book an Appointment
Kindly book an appointment with us to bring your cards for assessment. You may book an appointment through WhatsApp here.

2. Assessment & Cleaning
Once assessment and/or pre-grading preparation is completed and a grading service is selected, we will send your card to the grading company for grading, typically on the final week of each month.

3. Invoice & Payment
Once we have been notified by the grading company that your cards have been graded, we will send you an invoice for payment of the service via email. We will also notify you through WhatsApp.

4. Collection
Once you have made payment and your cards have returned to our store, you may arrange an appointment with us (through WhatsApp) for the collection of your cards.
Customer Responsibilities

Payment for respective grading services and associated costs.

Any surcharges imposed by the grading company.

Charges for the return shipment. All cards, including those held aside, will be dispatched following the settlement of the aforementioned charges.
Key Notices

We must inform that our services are not designed to address the correction of creases, dimples, indentations, or the application of humidification process. If your card presents any such issues, we kindly ask that you do not send it for our review.

Should any card reviewed by our team be found altered in any way, including the use of wax, polish, or any other form of preparatory treatment, we will be obliged to return the entire submission.
